Event & Production Trucking in San Jose / South Bay
Live events run on hard deadlines: the dock closes, the union clock starts, the doors open whether your gear made it or not. Movyr has trucked for the biggest Broadway shows in New York, studio recordings in LA, and corporate events in San Francisco — we know load-in windows, marshaling yards, and venue rules because we live in them.
San Jose / South Bay: From tech campuses to convention halls, Movyr runs the South Bay daily — office and lab equipment, event freight, and recurring routes throughout Silicon Valley.
Sets, scenery, staging, backline, AV, exhibits, activation builds — our crews secure it properly, hit the dock on time, and stay flexible when the schedule inevitably moves. Between engagements, our secure storage keeps your production ready for the next date.
